Happy Full Moon in Libra, Star Sisters & Brothers!

Today marks this period we call “Eclipse Season,” with the Prenumbral Lunar Eclipse kicking us off with this Full Moon in Libra!

Depending on where the Libra/Aries axis falls in your natal chart, you may or may not feel this start to the Eclipse Season as intensely as others, but regardless, now is the time to SEE YOUR SHADOWS, as it becomes reflected back to you through your relationships with others! Even though it’s a partial eclipse this Full Moon (the Total Solar Eclipse will be much more potent, as we will see leading up to that April 8th date!), this is still a beautiful time to take a bird’s-eye-view of yourself & the direction your life is going, so that you can truly make the changes that need to be made on a personal level, once that Solar Eclipse comes to visit us April 8th!

We are still very much in a “Pisces Dream State,” especially since Mars just moved into Pisces this past Friday, joining the Pisces Party with Venus, Saturn and Neptune. You may be feeling this as a push-pull kind of energy, with the rise of Springtime initiating us into Aries Season (Sun in Aries), alongside our mental faculties wanting to instinctually act out (Mercury in Aries), and the call of our Destiny feeling stronger than ever to heal our past wounds in order to move forward (N. Node of the Moon in Aries & Chiron in Aries). This is a time to really take a deep-dive inventory of your life: your personal goals & ambitions, your partnerships & relationships, your career & vocation, your family, etc. What is no longer serving you and your evolutionary journey? What is still working for (and with) you, and even can be improved upon, with a little extra love & care directed towards it?

I always like to end with the Sabian Symbol for the Moon’s degree, which lands at 5 degrees 7 minutes of Libra (we always round up with the Sabian Symbols, so this one will be at 6 degrees), as described in Dane Rudhyar’s book, An Astrological Mandala: The Cycle of Transformations and its 360 Symbolic Phases (pg. 175-6):

PHASE 186 (LIBRA 6 DEGREES): A MAN WATCHES HIS IDEALS TAKING A CONCRETE FORM BEFORE HIS INNER VISION.

Keynote: The need to visualize clearly one’s dreams or ideals in order to make them truly effectual.
