All systems go, full speed ahead, woohoo! Every single planet will be moving direct now, once Uranus stations to move forward out of its retrograde period on the 26th, so now is the time to move & shake your reality into the next dimension! Especially now that we have moved into Aquarius season, when the Sun transitioned from Capricorn to Aquarius on the 20th, alongside the powerful transformer, Pluto, moving into Aquarius, as well! Although there will be a Mercury Rx in April and Pluto will retrograde in early May, we don’t have a significant retrograde taking place in our cosmos until Saturn towards the end of June, so take advantage of these next several months, as the energy is POWERFUL (Pluto) & ENLIGHTENING (Aquarius)!

Mars & Mercury are traveling together in conjunction, forming a square aspect to the Moon’s Nodes, with the North Node of the Moon conjunct Chiron, the Wounded Healer. This is a potent time to take a step back and look objectively at our lives, taking inventory of where we have been (Mercury/Mars in Capricorn), so we can be clear within ourselves about the direction we desire to explore in this next stage of life (N. Node in Aries). We also must consider the Wounded Masculine within each one of us, no matter what body parts you have or gender you identify with, as Chiron travels through Aries, highlighting the need for us all to heal the Wounded Warrior within: to integrate the Divine Masculine with the Divine Feminine (opposite that S. Node in Libra, ruled by Venus). How have you been nurturing (or neglecting) your Masculine energy? Are you asserting yourself appropriately, or over-asserting yourself in situations that burn bridges with others, and ultimately lead you up the ladder to no-where? When the Masculine & Feminine energies are acting in unison within us, we are able to be soft, yet strong; assertive, yet receptive. Start practicing active listening, non-violent communication and setting healthy boundaries at this time, for this will set you up for success later this year!

The Sabian Symbol below is so perfect for this Lunar Cycle, as we are able to visualize what it means to “let go of the old & let in the new,” by allowing ourselves to tap into our originality & authentic self-expression, despite what the social norms of our time is telling us. I always like to end with the Sabian Symbol for the Moon’s degree, which lands at 5 degrees 14 minutes of Leo (we always round up with the Sabian Symbols, so this one will be at 6 degrees), as described in Dane Rudhyar’s book, An Astrological Mandala: The Cycle of Transformations and its 360 Symbolic Phases (pg. 135):

This is the first stage of the twenty-sixth five-fold sequence of phases of the cyclic process. We are dealing now with cultural values and the emotional impact they have upon our character formation. Whereas the first degree of Leo dealt with an individual crisis of reorientation, the sixth degree refers to a collective, cultural and social crisis which challenges us to realize THE RELATIVITY OF SOCIAL VALUES.
