As we move through the Lotus Method, we embark on an unfolding process of 4 stages through the mind-body-spirit. These stages are couched inside 3 larger phases that you can explore more of on the RTL philosophy page.
Stage one is Awareness - we work mostly with the mind here, moving through conversations, revelations, and more in order to access an objective place to understand ourselves, core wounding, and how wounds, false beliefs & narratives are leading us into suffering, and ultimately a place that is out of alignment for our Highest Self. We work with this information and let it seep into our awareness. Expression is very emphasized in this stage.
The second stage is Alchemy - once this awareness is recognized, acknowledged, and accepted, then and only then, does the alchemy actually begin. Positive change and transformation will start to manifest in one’s physical body & mind.
The third stage is Alignment - IF these positive changes are embodied and worked with, spirit is more able to come online. Working from this place of spiritual truth and clarity, your life begins to shift into alignment. Something you will be able to see AND feel in your world around you. Synchronicities, symbols, and opportunities will become apparent. The life you want that is full of purpose, authenticity, and freedom is unfolding.
Last, but certainly not least is Enlightenment - once this level of your sense of Self is attained, your spiritual enlightenment can accelerate, turning your embodied knowledge into spiritual wisdom. There is an elasticity that is required for enlightenment. Being able to be flexible, to stretch, and adapt to what surrounds you, as life is innately unpredictable. Mental Wisdom, Physical Wisdom, Emotional Wisdom, and Spiritual Wisdom is attained here. It's here you begin to get out of your own way and hear with clarity the Truth State. Your truth, other’s truths, the world's truth. Enlightenment is where we will come together as individuals into a collective that is awakened & healed enough to make real, positive change in the world for the betterment of every single living being involved.
Sacred Ceremony is about honoring your process, and honoring your connection with the power of nature. Here we will set clear intentions and affirmations for a future forward that is in step with your soul's evolutionary goals at this time.
We will have had many sessions prior to the alchemy of ceremony in order to best understand where you're at in your growth process. Ceremony is an ancient lost practice that many do not experience in modern day life. Ceremony is part of initiation through larger threshold passages we are evolving towards in our life, and it is important that we take time to properly acknowledge, honor, and celebrate these leaps of enlightenment!
It's not ceremony without fire! Candles will be intentionally lit and the old will be intentionally burned in the cauldron. Ceremonial grade cacao will be prepared to drink purposefully throughout as we pull oracle/tarot cards for messages from Spirit & your Higher Self. Don't be intimidated by chanting! It's just simple Vedic mantras designed to remove blockages, activate peace, and open the throat chakra. Ceremony is for you, so only partake in what is most comfortable for your mind, body, spirit ~
Do not be surprised if you receive beautiful, high frequency gifts during ceremony - I love to gift!
The original Lotus Method is rooted in five core principles that guide personal growth, emotional resilience, and mindfulness. These principles and the lotus symbolism can be found in many Eastern spiritual traditions such as Buddhism, Hinduism, Taoism, and Zen philosophy. Below I will utilize these 5 core principles alongside my own as we navigate the process of blooming!
True growth starts with self-awareness. When we observe our thoughts, emotions, and surroundings without judgment, we gain a deeper understanding of who we are.
Flowing with life rather than struggling against it. Rather than battling our emotions or circumstances, this mindset teaches us to adapt and respond to life with flexibility.
Reflection and stillness go hand-in-hand. It is more than mere quiet, it's a powerful catalyst for personal growth through regular meditation and self-regulation practices. Here we create a space to reflect and live with more intentionality.
Quiet reflection is imperative for clarity, but action is key to transformation. The Lotus Method highlights the need for balance, where intentional reflection is in-step with purposeful action.
The lotus teaches us that growth unfold gradually. Even when it grows from muddy waters, it blooms with grace & beauty. In life, this gradual blooming requires patience. It is here we build resilience to life's challenges and develop faith & trust in the process.
