Reiki originated in Japan as a technique for stress reduction. Reiki is a form of alternative therapy referred to as energy healing. It works on the subtle energy body activating the body’s own innate healing response; initiating mental, emotional, and physical well-being. Life force energy flows within and around us, and when it is low or out of balance, we are more likely to feel sick or stressed. When it is high, we are more naturally vibrant, healthy, and happy. Clients are guided into a relaxed state of being while Reiki is being transmitted. Some people experience a sensation of warmth within or around the body, a tingling sensation, a sense of deep relaxation, and /or experience profound wisdom and insight. Emotional release is common during Reiki sessions as it is a safe space to process & let go of heavy feelings.

Chakra Evaluations are a combination of questions and energy work in order to catch a pulse where each of your energy centers may be at during this time. A series of questions will be asked to gain deeper insight into each chakra, what they govern, and how they might be balanced, deficient, or excess in energy flow. You will receive a digital copy of your chakra evaluation describing each one and its flow state.
