To end, we explore together anything that came up with a fresh cup of hot, loose leaf tea and chit chat around the fire place on bolsters, or at the reading table in chairs. Cacao Ceremony is a journey for transformation. Ceremony will end with some restorative yoga postures near the fire place with bolster & blanket, along with a cup of hot, loose leaf tea as we talk about anything that came up for you, and how you'd like to move forward in your life. Come enjoy a hot cup of organic, loose leaf tea and lets talk about anything from what's going on for you now, in the past, sessions prior, touch base on your Personal Potion, Ayurvedic routines, astrological inquiries (post reading), and anything in between. These sessions are for exploration as you are deeply listened to and asked guiding questions to gain deeper clarity & alignment.

Reiki originated in Japan as a technique for stress reduction. Reiki is a form of alternative therapy referred to as energy healing. With ceremonial grade cacao from Peru (source Kakao Drinking Chocolate) or naturally decaf, ceremonial matcha, we will begin your card reading with a little pranayama (breathwork), intention setting, and consciously drinking cacao. Chakra Evaluations are a combination of questions and energy reading in order to catch a pulse where each of your energy centers may be at during this time. A series of questions will be asked to gain deeper insight into each chakra, what they govern, and how they might be balanced, deficient, or excess in energy flow. You will receive a digital & printed copy of your chakra evaluation describing each one and its flow state. Know that these can change and Reiki is immensely helpful for regaining balanced energy in the chakra centers.

Abyangha
Abyangha is the practice of oil application to the entire body. In Ayurvedic medicine, sneha means 'love', and so to apply oil to the body means to apply love to the body. This is an incredibly nourishing & hydrating experience especially for us Alaskans in the harsh, dry winters! While anyone can do this for themselves, this service offers the opportunity to receive a relaxing experience with hot towels, tuning forks, essential oils, a heated table, and gentle massage.
